The course includes a combination of lectures, slides, student guide, hand-on exercises, and one-on-one interaction with the instructor to provide the foundation for managing projects. ComprehensiveThis course covers the five project process groups and nine knowledge areas outlined in the Project Management Body of Knowledge (PMBOK)®Guide. The course lessons correlate directly with the 42 project management processes and include hands-on exercises to reinforce the learning objectives. All project management framework processes, inputs, outputs, tools and techniques are covered in the course lessons and the accompanying student guide.
